The cement bag filling machine is a key piece of cement equipment in the final step of the cement production process. It is specifically designed to automatically and accurately fill powdery cement into standard packaging bags (usually weighing 50 kilograms per bag) for transportation, storage, and sales. It can be understood as a high-speed and precise industrial-grade automatic filling scale.
Core Functions:
Fast Feeding: efficiently transfers powdery cement from the storage hopper into the bags.
Precise Weighing: ensures that the weight of each cement bag is accurate (50kg, with a deviation of ±0.5kg).
Automatic Discharge: filled cement bags automatically drop for subsequent processes such as sewing, stacking, and loading.
Cement bag filling machines can be divided into fixed types and rotary types. Fixed-type cement bagging machines typically consist of 1-4 independent spouts, which are mounted on the same horizontal line and cannot rotate.
Why You Choose Fixed-type Cement Bag Filling Machine
Affordable Price: The mechanical structure and control system are simple, making the price low and installation easy.
Compact Size: The equipment has a small footprint, requiring minimal space in the factory, and is easy to move.
High Flexibility: All spouts can operate independently. If one spout malfunctions, the other spouts can continue working without affecting overall production.
Simple Maintenance & Operation: No training is required; it can be operated directly. Common mechanical and electrical issues are easier to diagnose and repair.
Low Energy Consumption: The equipment lacks large rotating drive mechanisms, with the main energy consumption occurring in the feeding and dust collection systems.

Highlights Of AGICO Cement Bag Filling Machine
The AGICO cement bag filling machine is capable of high-speed operation, completing the packing of multiple bags of cement per minute, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
The equipment is fully controlled by an automatic microcomputer, allowing for intelligent recognition. It is also equipped with an intelligent touchscreen, making operation simple, with parameters that can be freely adjusted.
The AGICO fixed-type bag filling machine can be widely used for packing non-metallic mineral powders such as cement, gypsum powder, lime powder, zinc oxide, aluminum oxide powder, titanium dioxide, and other similar materials.
Through a high-precision and highly sensitive metering system, the fixed-type cement packing machine can accurately control the weight of each cement bag with minimal error, whether it’s the standard 50 kilograms or other special specifications.
Our fixed-type cement packing machine is equipped with a dedicated bag filter to capture the dust raised during the filling process, protecting the environment and the health of workers. This is also a key factor in meeting environmental standards for cement plants.
The equipment can be combined with a belt conveyor to achieve functions such as automatic compaction, filling, loosening, stopping the filling process, bag dropping, and conveying of cement bags. This significantly reduces manual involvement, saving both time and labor.
The equipment is made of high-quality steel, with key components processed using special techniques to withstand the working environment of cement production workshops. It remains stable during long-duration, high-intensity operations, reducing the failure rate, lowering maintenance costs, and ensuring continuous production.

Choose a fixed cement bag filling machine:
The budget is limited.
Labor costs are relatively low.
No strict requirements for automation.
The annual output is below 300,000 tons.
Choose a rotary cement bag filling machine:
High production volume and efficient output are desired.
Improving the working environment and company image.
Aiming to reduce labor costs and management complexity.
The budget is sufficient, and there is the capacity for maintenance.
Fixed Cement Bag Filling Machine Working Principle
Feeding: Bulk cement is delivered from the bottom of the cement silo to the hopper above the packing machine via conveying equipment (such as screw conveyors or bucket elevators).
Bag Insertion: Workers manually (or using a robotic arm) place empty cement bags onto the discharge spouts of the packing machine.
Start: Filling is initiated by pressing a button, using a footswitch, or automatically triggered by a sensor.
Filling: The filling process is usually divided into two stages. High-speed filling to reach the preset weight (e.g., 45kg) is the first stage. Followed by slow and precise feeding to ensure accuracy is the second stage.
Weighing: The built-in weighing system continuously monitors the cement bag weight. Once the preset target of 50kg is reached, it sends a signal to close the discharge gate and stop the filling.
Bag Discharge: After filling stops, the full cement bag automatically drops from the discharge spout (via pneumatic or mechanical means) onto the conveyor belt below.
Conveying & Sewing: The conveyor belt moves the cement bag to the next station, where an automatic sewing machine seals the bag’s opening, completing the packaging process.
